Running Sushi - also called Kait Zushi - is a Japanese concept, where plates of sushi are placed on a rotating belt that runs through the restaurant, passing all the tables. The customers can choose and taste any plate they want.

Originally, each type of sushi had a different price and customers had to pay simply for the number and types of sushi plates, they had taken from the belt. At Aji, we only have one price, so that you can taste all different plates.
